Spring Time!

Spring weather is on its way (hopefully)! Many people drop their vehicles down to comprehensive coverage only when they put the vehicle into storage over the winter. As you take your summer vehicles out for the season, remember to call an agent or stop into an office to get full coverage added back on. Liability coverage is required for all vehicles being driven.

What is comprehensive only coverage? Comprehensive only coverage is an auto insurance option for vehicles that are not being driven for an extended period, such as during the winter months. This type of coverage protects against non-driving-related risks, including theft, vandalism, fire, weather damage (hail, storms, etc.), and animal damage. This is a way to reduce insurance costs while a vehicle is not being used.

Before taking out of storage and driving, get coverage added back on! If you plan on taking the vehicle out of storage over the weekend, call before the weekend, as coverage is not bound via voicemail.

We hope you stayed warm and safe during this April snow storm! Enjoy the warmer weather that is soon to come!
